Responsibilities
- Administer HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with employment labor laws.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as UltiPro and Taleo for data management and reporting.
- Collaborate with management on project management initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and maintaining files.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Experience
- Proven experience in a Human Resources role or similar position.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as UltiPro and Taleo is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of employment labor laws and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting and benefits administration.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Administrative experience in an HR setting is preferred.
