Mech Tech Institute is seeking a highly organized and results-driven individual to serve as College Registrar and Bursar. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Registrar's Office and Finance services while ensuring compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Registrar's Office, ensuring effective implementation of academic policies, registration, records management, and graduation requirements.
- Oversee student financial services, including billing, receivables, and cashiering functions, while maintaining fiscal policy compliance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for student registration, instructional scheduling, residency, and identification cards.
- Lead efforts to maintain and upgrade academic information systems and technologies.
- Prepare and manage department budgets, conduct cost analyses, and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
- Supervise, recruit, train, and evaluate department staff to achieve strategic organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and auditors, to develop and implement policies and practices.
- Develop and publish essential college documents, including catalogs and class schedules.
- Ensure a high level of customer service in interactions with students, parents, and administrators.
Qualifications
