Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled, dynamic, and experienced Multi-Unit Corporate Chef to oversee the culinary operations across multiple restaurant locations. This leadership role requires a reliable, detail-oriented, hardworking individual with a strong passion for excellence, team coaching and management, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Corporate Chef will play a key role in ensuring consistent high quality, safety and sanitation standards and procedures, and operational efficiency in all our kitchens.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Oversee kitchen operations in a high-volume operation for multiple locations. This position is based in MA where 85 % of their time in MA locations and 15% of time may be in other state store locations.
- Quality assurance for all products, from ordering, receiving, preparing it to serving our guests.
- Support locations with proper ordering and inventory procedures of all ingredients and supplies for the kitchen.
- Work directly with management on new hire training, cooking standards, recipe adherence, safety and sanitation.
- Must be able to travel to Seaport, Brookline, and Dedham locations
Oversees the operations of the kitchen and back-of-house, ensuring that food is prepared safely, efficiently, and according to Mecha specifications or request.
