Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC a world class supplier of power generation services, parts, and repairs, has an immediate opening for a qualified individual who has a desire to join a growing organization and an appetite for diverse and technically challenging work.
The Repairs Division is seeking an On-Site Logistics Coordinator responsible for supporting processes and procedures for the movement of MD&A, tools, machinery, and parts internationally.
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following :
- Work closely with each of the operating divisions to execute processes and procedures to effectively move resources, including machinery / equipment, tooling, and parts ) .
- Arrange and execute domestic and international shipments in compliance with import and export laws and regulations, customs requirements, as well as internal requirements.
- Work closely with customers, vendors, and suppliers, including, freight forwarders and custom brokers.
- Maintain detailed, organized records of shipments in accordance with MD&A's policies.
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of global logistics.
- Ensure delivery dates are met.
