We're searching for a full or part-time diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, ordering office supplies, maintaining office upkeep, answer phone calls and run business-related errands, help maintain company filing system, organizing company events, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Compensation : 20 - $23 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events
  • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
  • Order office equipment and supplies as needed
  • Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner
  • Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports
  • Answer phone system and direct calls as required
  • Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the office
  • Greet clients and vendors upon arrival and direct them to appropriate offices
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Retrieve documents and files when requested
  • Mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying
  • Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
  • Prepare reports for Project Managers to review for Invoicing
  • Run a task list and run locally as needed
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support for engineers Office Managers and Executives
  • Create, edit, and update spreadsheets, docs, and power points

Qualifications :

  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in an administrative capacity
  • 1 years customer service experience or excellent people skills!
  • Typing speed : minimum 60 WPM with 90 percent accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with mobile technology
  • Pleasant, friendly disposition
