What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support and Returns Associate position at Mechanical Keyboards, LLC?

The CS/Returns Associate will assist customers with order questions, as well as organize and administrate physical order returns. (This includes unboxing, data entry, item inspection, and accurate inventory control for each return.)
Duties
- Help customers via phone, email, Discord, and in person.
- Inspect and process customer returns through our inventory system.
- Assist with office tasks as needed.
Required Skills / Qualifications
- Able to type at least 50 words per minute.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Comfortable using computers and electronic components.
- Able to communicate with new people every day in a polite and professional manner.
- Focused, hardworking, and self-motivated.
- Organized, with good time management skills.
