THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of HubSpot. You will partner with our HubSpot Administrator at The MLC to understand their tooling needs. You will also create essential reporting and support documentation when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- One year of proven experience as HubSpot Database Specialist, Systems or Tooling Lead, or Administrator.
- Understanding of HubSpot's CRM and reporting functionalities.
- Strong knowledge of database management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently (self-starter) and as part of a team.
- HubSpot certifications are a plus.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
AS A MEMBER OF THE MEMBER EXPERIENCE TEAM, YOU WILL:
- Execute database import processes needed for The MLC's HubSpot environment, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail in ensuring thorough completion of tasks.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during day-to-day operations providing support to all HubSpot users.
- Onboard users and own ongoing maintenance of user and team permissions.
- Meticulously document processes and technical outputs as needed. Identify waste in the user journey and iterate on process considerations to remove the waste.
- Build any necessary reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
