Overview:
Mechanical Service Company is seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks and excellent communication skills.
THIS POSITION IS SEASONAL UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2025 WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME AS FULL TIME EMPLOYEE
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess some of the following skills:
- Experience with Google Suite
- Front desk experience
- Real estate administrative knowledge
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Strong computer literacy
- Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Event planning skills are beneficial
- Proficiency in calendar management

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday with hours falling between 7:00am and 5:00pm. Ability to be flexible with scheduling during seasonal operations is a must.
