Air Distribution Product Lead

Role: Air Distribution Product Lead

As the Air Distribution Product Lead, you will be a dedicated resource for both our sales force and our customers to inspire the sale of air distribution products in the NY Metro HVAC market. In this action-oriented position, you will work closely with the sales team and other lead positions to bundle air distribution products with the other equipment that we offer. In addition to your interaction with our internal customers, this position will afford you an opportunity to work closely with contractors and consulting engineers in the fast-paced HVAC market.

Responsibilities:

• Create estimating, proposal and submittal templates and standards.
• Provide oversight for effective air distribution cost analysis.
• Track opportunities and manage pipeline activities.
• Assist sales teams when closing sales opportunities.
• Manage orders from submittal through delivery to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Provide marketing to the consulting engineering community including product information, training seminars, inquiry answers, etc.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers including managing territory visits, product and software updates, problem resolution, etc.
• Provide on-site support to salespeople and customers when needed.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in the engineering and/or HVAC industry.
• Familiarity with Air Distribution Products: Experience with brands like Titus, Price Industries, Anemostat, or Krueger is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
• Proactive and motivated individual.
• Effective in managing time and prioritizing tasks.
• Ability to visualize products and applications in 3-D; comfort with mechanical concepts.

Salary: $65,000 - $79,000/yr *With flexibility based on experience and skills*
