Support essential department activities including loan document preparation, system data input, and tracking and maintaining customer records.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
? Support the LSR function by preparing loan closing documents using Laser Pro as needed.
? Support the Business Banker as needed with new deposit account documentation and system set-up.
? Support a sound internal control environment by adhering to policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with banking laws and regulations, and proactively managing risk.
? Review system input on new loans.
? Log new loan data in Insight.
? Input loan data into HMDA reporting software.
? Support SBA, FSA, and Farmer Mac loan programs.
? Process loan payments and support the branch offices as needed.
? Track insurance coverage on new loans and existing policies that have canceled or renewed.
? Track collateral value for loans secured with certain asset types.
? Process construction loan disbursements.
? Post closing document tracking.
? Quote and process loan payoffs including the timely release of Mortgages and UCC filings.
? Track UCC expiration dates and complete continuation filings.
? Order appraisals and title work.
? Complete checklists and maintain credit and loan file documentation (electronic and paper files).
? Scan open and closed credit and loan files.
? Assist with audit and exam preparation.
? Document department procedures.
? Complete various management reports.
