Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Develop and maintain maintenance plans.
- Assist with BCP.
- Maintain records of repairs and work orders.
- Serve as a liaison between the Bank, vendors, and general contractors.
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Maintain pristine properties.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair needs.
- Manage construction and remodeling projects.
- Ensure facilities meet regulations and safety standards.
- Light maintenance
- Maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Maintain an uncompromising level of confidentiality.
- Other duties, as needed, to accomplish Mechanics? Mission and Vision.

- Five years of maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of Building Systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electric, etc.
- Experience planning maintenance operations
- Familiar with safety and regulatory compliance
- Self-Motivated
- Computer/Hardware Skills
- Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access

- This position may require some flexibility in work schedule due to responding to emergency repairs.
