Summary/Objective
The Corporate & Information Technology Training Administrator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing training for business processes and software use as well as assisting the IT team.
Essential Functions

- Develop and Design effective employee training programs for all critical business processes and software use (excludes already existing ISO documentation)
- Plan, coordinate and conduct employee training
- Measure & continually audit training programs and processes for improvements; partnering with Management to identify and analyze training needs and objectives
- Assist the IT team as the first-tier technical support
- Work as an IT team member for large projects
- Assist the IT team with on-going compliance requirements by recording, measuring, and monitoring data and processes as outlined in our policies and procedures
- Aid in testing and providing constructive feedback on new hardware and software

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, at times it can be high.
