Security Solutions Architect

Job Overview:

In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with technical sales consultants, internal teams, and clients to craft tailored solutions that solve real-world challenges and elevate security operations to new heights. You’ll be the creative bridge between complex technical concepts and clear, persuasive proposals that drive success.

What You'll Do:

• Connect with clients to assess operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct site assessments, document needs analyses, and refine solutions based on stakeholder feedback.
• Produce comprehensive project documentation to support seamless execution.
• Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and internal teams on technical solutions and pricing.
• Travel as needed (typically within six hours of Des Moines, IA).

• Expertise in designing Security, VMS, and Access Control systems.
• Presentation skills to effectively communicate solutions to clients.

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ASIS, SIA, NTS Level 1).
• Strong business development skills, including lead generation and sales opportunities.
• Ability to draft proposals, statements of work, and functional specifications.
• Understanding of security practices and industry regulations to build secure, compliant systems.

Salary Range: $55k - $85k per year depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time
