Mecklenburg Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Unit Manager/Unit Coordinator who is motivated and compassionate. We are seeking an RN or LPN who is committed to providing the best quality in patient care available.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the care for our residents through leadership and clinical follow up
- Ensure all resident assessment are completed in accordance to state and federal guidelines
- Identify and initiate process and quality improvements for the facility
- Work directly with Administrator, DON, ADON, and other unit manager/unit coordinator
- Supervise assigned nursing and CNA staff
Qualifications
- Long Term Care experience required
- Experience in leading a team and producing results a must
- Must have current and valid RN or LPN Nursing License
