Join a fun team of professionals working as a Customer Service professional at our Leonard location in Grand Rapids, MI. Responsibilities include greeting patients, working with a variety of client companies to facilitate prompt referral services, maintaining records in an organized manner, completing patient charts, completing patient registration, and providing excellent customer service both on the phone and in person.
