Position Summary :
The Clinical Pharmacy Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and managing all pharmacy clinical programs such as drug consults, Nutrition Support, Pharmacokinetics, Anticoagulant monitoring, Pain Management, IV to PO, Renal Dosing, and other programs as determined appropriate based on patient population and literature guidelines. Holds self and others accountable for completing compliance activities timely. Understands importance and expectations of compliance and makes appropriate effort to perform within those standards.
Qualifications :
o BS or PharmD Degree from an accredited college or Pharmacy - REQUIRED
o 4 years' experience as acute care hospital pharmacist - REQUIRED
o Must have FL state-specific Pharmacist License
o Consultant Pharmacist License (State of FL; Can be acquired within 6 months of hire)
o Looking for a leader that is enthusiastic, empathetic with staff, and overall, a positive influence. We are looking for a strong leader to come in and help turn things around! While previous leadership is ideal, we are open to reviewing candidates without any leadership experience)
o Licensed in the state of FL as a Pharmacist
Compensation :
- Salary Range : UP to 155k (Based on years of experience)
