Position : RN Clinical Nurse Manager IMCU

Job Summary :
The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit / department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies / procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

At least 2-3 years of RECENT IMCU, ICU, or PCU acute care leadership experience as Charge, Supervisor, or Manager.Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateRegistered Nurse, or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree in NursingCompensation :
