What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Services Coordinator position at Med Center Health?
Position Summary
Performs a variety of administrative support tasks and functions for the facility. Coordinates and performs various duties required to facilitate the flow of operational tasks within the hospital, including payroll. Assists with Supply and Inventory Management including Special Order Inventory and stocking other office supplies. Keeps track of hospital supplies to ensure supplies remain stocked at all times. Identifies issues and escalates needs to administrator as needed. Performs data management and review related to ensuring efficiency including but not limited to volume reports and quality metrics for Performance Improvement. Assists administrator with special projects, data collection, and auditing for programs related to CRSH. Performs pre-registration and registration of all CRSH accounts for new admissions to the hospital. Completes verification of benefits of potential patients to CRSH. In cooperation with charge audit, adjusts accounts and/or combines patient accounts as requested by charge audit or the charge master. In coordination with marketing, develops posts for social media accounts.

Minimum Qualifications
- Previous advanced level administrative support experience required.
- Previous experience in patient registration, billing, charge audit, or related experience preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
