Sales Consultant – Med City Detail
Location: Rochester, MN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm, rotating every 3rd Saturday 8am-1pm. Major holidays off.

At Med City Detail, we’re not your typical detailing shop—we’re a new vehicle protection facility. While detailing is part of what we do, it’s just one piece of a much larger puzzle. Our expertise is in Paint Protection Film (PPF), window tinting, ceramic coatings, and detailing services that set us apart in the automotive industry.
Our customers trust us to protect one of their most valuable assets, and we’re looking for a Sales Consultant to help us deliver on that promise. What You’ll Do
As a Sales Consultant at Med City Detail, you’ll be the first step in our customer’s journey to protecting and enhancing their vehicles. You’ll ensure every customer receives personalized recommendations and top-notch service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Understand and Educate: Work with customers to uncover their goals for their vehicles, whether it’s full-body PPF protection, enhancing comfort and style with window tint, or restoring their vehicle’s beauty with detailing and paint correction services.
Set Expectations: Clearly communicate what customers can expect, relay those expectations to our skilled technicians, and inspect the final work to ensure it meets our high standards—and theirs.
Lead the Conversation: Manage leads from Instagram, Facebook, email, online chat, walk-ins, and more. With 150-200 leads a month, you’ll always have opportunities to connect and close.
Schedule Strategically: Organize appointments to ensure seamless workflows, avoiding conflicts and maximizing efficiency.
Be a Trusted Advisor: Represent Med City Detail with professionalism, trust, and enthusiasm, inspiring confidence in both customers and your teammates.
