Position Details :
Patient Population : Adults and Adolescents (ages 6 and up)
Setting : Inpatient Psychiatry, Hospital Consults, ER Consults
Responsibilities : Supervising APPs, providing direct patient care, and taking call
Required Procedures : Family Therapy, Group Therapy, Pharmacotherapy, Seclusion Therapy, Restraint Application
EMR System : Cerner
Support Staff : 2 Advanced Practice Providers
Days Per Month : As needed
On-Call / Weekends : As needed
Submission Requirements :
- Board Certified in Psychiatry - REQUIRED
- IA License or IMLC - REQUIRED
- 2 years of inpatient psych experience - Highly Preferred
- Inpatient experience - REQUIRED
- Experience treating patients ages 6 and up - REQUIRED
