Warehouse Manager
Rental Operations – Boerne, TX
Med One Group, a leader in the medical equipment finance industry for over 30 years, is seeking self-motivate leader in the Boerne, TX area. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of the warehouse and operation functions and partnering with their sales counterpart. You will be tasked with providing oversight, direction, and training of a team comprised of customer service personnel, responsible for medical equipment processing, delivery, scheduling, and inventory maintenance.
Essential Functions
- Oversight of a team comprised of customer service personnel, responsible for medical equipment processing, delivery, scheduling and inventory maintenance.
- Build and leverage strong relationships with key customers.
- Site organization including warehouse and office structuring and equipping, cleanliness and organization, stocking of supplies, interface with Home Office IT, business licenses and interface with local property management company.
- Complete Med One deliveries, retrievals, and paperwork completely and in a timely manner
- Establish and maintain PAR levels of equipment to serve local customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with home Office policies and procedures.
- Training of new operations personnel at the distribution center.
- Interfaces with local Sales Reps and Regional Operations Manager staff to solve problems and issues related to operations and customer concerns.
- Must possess current driver’s license and be able to make deliveries when necessary.
- Be willing to work the hours necessary to ensure the customer’s needs are being met.
- Participate in On-Call rotation and take calls after hours.
Job Requirements
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
- Able to follow oral and written directions.
- Proficient PC skills with emphasis on accuracy.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- 1-2 years demonstrated leadership abilities to energize team to perform at the highest levels. Experience in the medical equipment rental industry a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience functioning as Warehouse Manager / Supervisor.
- Ability to get a DOT
