Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Patient Coordinator to serve as a vital link between our pharmacy, healthcare providers, and the Hispanic community. This role will focus on effectively communicating pharmacy needs to providers, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care, and fostering engagement through community outreach and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate pharmacy needs and medication concerns to healthcare providers.
- Assist patients with prescription inquiries and medication adherence in both English and Spanish.
- Organize and participate in community events to enhance health awareness and outreach within the Hispanic community.
- Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Provide translation support for patients and staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or patient coordination preferred.
- Passion for community engagement and outreach.
