Responsibilities :
Identify and qualify potential leads in the Medical Aesthetic industry.
Work closely with the sales team to understand and prioritize target accounts and prospects.
Reach out to customer leads through various channels, including calling, emails, and social media.
Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new sales opportunities.
Gather and maintain accurate lead and prospect information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Initiate and engage in conversations with potential clients, assessing their needs and interest in our products and services.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless flow of information and prospects.
Assist in planning and executing workshops, product demos, and presentations to drive lead engagement.
Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to improve lead nurturing and conversion.
Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and outcomes within the set schedule.
Requirements :
4 years in aesthetic medicine, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
Educational background in science, biology, or medical-related fields.
Proven work experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of meeting and exceeding goals.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM practices and tools.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
