Position Summary
The Account Director is responsible for leading the organization’s overall relationship with assigned clients and for the successful delivery of the review cycle continuum. This role assumes a forward-thinking and confident professional who views our clients through a BIG PICTURE lens and confidently communicates at all levels of the organization. The individual will lead internal and external stakeholders to ensure the optimal delivery of contracted services; such leadership will include tracking Key Performance Indicators, understanding & addressing factors negatively impacting service delivery, managing financial performance of the assigned portfolio, developing consultative relationships with key client stakeholders, and driving key business development initiatives within the account. The position is client-facing requiring a seasoned account management professional who will establish and maintain a productive relationship with internal and external clients.

- Opportunity identification to expand scope of services within assigned portfolio and work with leadership team to drive such opportunities.
- Documentation and communication of new client-specific processes and requirements.
