Med Security is seeking experienced Armed Security Officers not afraid to deal with the general public. READ THE FINE PRINT: Many of the posts will require "hands on" involvement. You will not be working at locations that allow you to sit in a vehicle and observe/report.
**MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE LEVEL 3 SECURITY LICENSE, PRIOR MILITARY OR LAW ENFORCEMENT STRONGLY PREFERRED**
Post is located in the San Antonio area. Ideal candidates will be team players, and willing to work night, overtime, and weekends as needed. All positions are outside.
Available Shifts:
Saturday and Sunday from 7pm to close (can be as late as 1am)and Monday to Wednesday from 5pm to close (can be as late as 1am)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard property and personnel.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required and maintain accurate incident reports.
REQUIRED:
- Active (Texas) level 3 commissioned license (In Hand)
- Your own firearm and duty belt. (In Hand)
- High school Diploma/ GED
- Reliable transportation
- Security experience (1 year)
PREFERRED:
- PRIOR MILITARY, LAW ENFORCEMENT, OR CURRENT TCOLE/TCLEOSE CERTIFICATE.
