Med Security is seeking experienced Unarmed Security Officers. As an Unarmed Security Guard, you will be essential in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property. Reporting to the Security Supervisor, your core skills in security and conflict management will be vital in addressing any incidents that arise.
****MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE LEVEL 2 SECURITY LICENSE***(IN HAND)
Ideal candidates will be team players. Post is for a high-end venue which require professionalism and experience dealing with the general public. Officer must have good writing skills. Officers must be physically capable of standing/walking and equipped to work outdoors in all climates.
Posts are located in the San Antonio area.
Shift Availability: Weekends only, hours will be discussed during interview.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Manage conflicts and respond to incidents with appropriate de-escalation techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
REQUIRED:
- Active (Texas) level 2 non-commissioned license. (In Hand)
- High school Diploma/ GED
- Reliable transportation
- Security experience (2-3 years)
- Be professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
PREFERRED:
PRIOR MILITARY, LAW ENFORCEMENT, OR CURRENT TCOLE/TCLEOSE CERTIFICATE.
