The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the branch. Branch Manager is responsible for achieving the operational and financial goals set by the organization.
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred
Experience : 3 - 5 years management experience; management in DME preferred; knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid or other medical insurance billing requirements is preferred.
Skills : Customer Service, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication, good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, critical thinking and organizational skills, strong leadership skills, effective decision making and troubleshooting skills
Requirements : Ability to work independently and with a team, computer skills appropriate to the position, knowledge of DME and medical services, experience in P&L, public speaking, ability to plan and prioritize
