Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Injector to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced med spa environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' beauty and well-being through various injectable treatments. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Duties
- Administer injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures in accordance with established protocols.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation of treatments administered.
- Upsell additional services and products that align with clients' goals and enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client journey from consultation to follow-up care.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Assist in product demonstrations and educate clients on post-treatment care.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license with relevant certification in aesthetic injectables preferred.
- Experience in a med spa or cosmetic setting is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Knowledge of body waxing, nail care, deep tissue massage, and retail sales is a plus.
- Ability to effectively upsell services while maintaining integrity and client trust.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to clients.
- A background in cosmetology or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
