We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, support our team, and ensure an outstanding patient experience. Responsibilities:
As our Practice Manager, you will:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless patient experiences and practice efficiency.
- Lead and support a team of clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Optimize patient flow by managing scheduling, front desk operations, and client communications.
- Monitor key performance metrics (revenue, patient retention, efficiency) and implement data-driven strategies for improvement.
- Recruit, onboard, and train staff, ensuring high-performance standards and continuous development.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, HIPAA, and best practices for patient care.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to keep the practice well-stocked and cost-efficient.
- Handle budgeting, payroll, and expense management to maintain financial stability and growth.
- Work closely with providers and leadership to enhance service offerings and maintain a premium patient experience.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Practice Manager or in a leadership role within a medical, wellness, or aesthetic practice.
- Strong understanding of practice operations, including scheduling, billing, patient flow, and compliance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Experience with practice management software (EMR/EHR systems, scheduling tools, and billing platforms).
- Strong customer service mindset, ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
- Financial management experience, including budgeting, payroll, and cost control.
