Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in patient care.

- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other healthcare professionals to create a culture of continuous learning.
- Evaluate staff performance through assessments and provide feedback for improvement.
- Promote best practices in patient care and ensure compliance with nursing home standards and regulations.
- Support the orientation and ongoing professional development of new and existing nursing staff.
- Foster a positive learning environment and encourage staff to pursue additional certifications and education.
