About the Role :
Our client is seeking an experienced Urology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide specialized care across four facilities in New Jersey. This flexible, part-time position involves working 2-3 days per week, covering one facility per day, with a patient load of 22-25 per day. The role offers a competitive per-patient rate and the flexibility to choose your working days as long as they fall on weekdays.
Facility Locations :
Clark, NJ - 2 facilities
Holmdel, NJ - 1 facility
Newark, NJ - 1 facility
Key Responsibilities :
Provide care for common urological conditions such as UTIs , BPH , and chronic and acute kidney disease .
Manage medication and treatment plans for patients with urological conditions.
Perform urological assessments and physical exams to evaluate patient needs.
Interpret ultrasound and Doppler test results to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Collaborate with medical teams to ensure continuity of care across facilities.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatments.
Schedule :
2-3 days per week (flexible weekday schedule).
Work at one facility per day.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Urology NP or PA, specifically in treating UTIs , BPH , chronic and acute kidney disease , and other urological conditions (RN experience not included).
Valid NP or PA license in the state of New Jersey.
Strong knowledge and experience in medication management for urological conditions.
Experience interpreting medical imaging and conducting urological procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach to care.
Compensation :
32 per patient, with an average of 22-25 patients per day.
