Flexibility to travel between locations is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Warmly check patients in and out, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring they are stocked and sanitized.
  • Gather vital signs and update medical records before patient appointments, focusing on accuracy and quality measures.
  • Administer vaccines, perform EKGs, and handle phlebotomy with precision.
  • Provide wound care and education, empowering patients with knowledge about their health.
  • Manage patient callbacks, refill requests, and referrals efficiently.
  • Set up and prepare patients for telehealth visits, embracing innovative healthcare solutions.
  • Support scheduling and handle phone inquiries as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Qualifications :
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program with certification.
  • Phlebotomy certification and CPR certification are required.
  • Previous experience with EMR / EHR systems is a plus.
