Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager at Med-Tech Construction, Inc. in Rockwall, TX. The assistant project manager / project coordinator will:
Maintain, monitor and assure company and subcontractor adherence to the project budget
· Review and approve all subcontractor change order requests
· Prepare and present all proposed change order requests to clients
· Prepare all monthly (or milestone based) client invoice requests
· Function as a key project-by-project contact for Estimators, Superintendents, office administrative staff, clients, trade partners and vendors, as needed and on a day-to-day basis.
· Qualify initial and updated construction drawings, in all aspects, from architects and MEP consultants.
· Coordinate dissemination of construction drawings (including revisions) to subcontractors in conjunction with office administrative staff.
· Maintain and organize project files and finish samples.
· Organize and store all project construction drawings.
· Facilitate and research answers to RFI’s from subcontractors.
· Timely review and approval of all weekly subcontractor a/p draw requests.
