What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pilot - Helicopter - Full-time position at Med-Trans Corporation?
We are seeking experienced A&P Base Mechanics to join our team in South Carolina. The successful candidates will perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications to airframes, rotors, and appliances. They will maintain the highest standards of quality in their work.
The selected individuals will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance support for our fleet of Bell 407 series helicopters. This includes scheduling aircraft maintenance, managing base inventory, and maintaining the base library and company-owned ground support equipment. Additionally, they will ensure that all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.
Key requirements include three years of turbine helicopter maintenance experience, with a minimum of six months of experience within the last 24 months. Preference will be given to those with Bell 407 maintenance experience and Inspection Authorization Certification. Candidates must also pass the FAA - DOT drug and alcohol testing program. Intermediate-level computer skills with an inventory system are essential, as well as IFR helicopter avionics and auto-pilot experience. Manufacturer training or equivalent on Bell 407 is also preferred.
