GMR has an immediate opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will guide our Aircraft Maintenance Technician and Communications recruiting team efforts. This team member will be an experienced people leader, managing a focused team of aviation and EMS related communications recruiting professionals. Immediate priorities will be increasing recruiting efficiencies, continuous improvement of sourcing capabilities, and fostering strong team cohesion through inspiring leadership and empowered support.
This role will provide both recruitment strategy and tactical insights to drive hiring activities across GMR rotor, fixed-wing and critical communications roles. Activities will include, but are not limited to, creative sourcing, advertising, and attraction tactics to build awareness and help pipeline quality candidates to our teams. Working alongside other Talent Acquisition Managers and the Global Medical Response team, this role will support our frontline crews in providing care to our communities at a moment’s notice.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop the members of the GMR Aircraft Maintenance and Communications recruitment team to achieve high quality recruiting outcomes as well as successfully engage the members of the team to achieve key goals.
- Consult with hiring managers and regional leadership to identify needs and key specifications for our critical openings.
- Capable of being a player / coach and providing full-desk recruiting support, including but not limited to, creating and posting job announcements, ensuring timely and efficient responses to candidate applications across the team, quality assurance of technical interviewing processes, and coaching the internal hiring team members on best of practice selection and interview processes to ensure the quality outcomes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience - from application to hire - by providing excellent customer service and education on GMR's AMT and Communications employer value proposition.
- Create targeted recruitment strategies using varied tactics in order to identify and develop candidate pipelines from various sources.
- Provide information to our candidates about GMR's culture, benefits and growth opportunities across all GMR Air brands and related Communications roles.
- Serve as the escalated point-of-contact with all hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Share and shape process expectations and be available to answer questions to all stake holders.
- Target, manage and participate in in-person and virtual recruiting events, job fairs, aviation conferences, etc.
- Provide consistent updates and data reporting on hiring performance as required.
Minimum Required Qualifications :
This position may be remotely based, but a Colorado, Texas or Missouri domicile is preferable for unencumbered travel to GMR's major air brand headquarters.

More Information about this Job
Starting Salary Range : approximately $95,000-$105,000 annually DOE
Anticipated Job Posting Close Date : Feb 28th, 2025
