Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assess patient health status.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Manage acute care situations, including suturing and infectious disease care.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and preventive care.
- Participate in behavioral health assessments and interventions as needed.
- Assist with durable medical equipment (DME) evaluations and recommendations.
Experience
- A valid Nurse Practitioner license is required.
- Experience in acute care settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in managing medical records and documentation practices.
- Familiarity with infectious disease care protocols is beneficial.
- Previous experience in assisted living or behavioral health settings is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $107,115.89 - $128,999.78 per year
