Reporting to the President, you bring a passion for outside sales and a desire to build a customer base through integrity, exceptional service, and internal drive. You take pride in not only your success but the success of the team supporting you.
Responsibilities:
- Working independently to develop new business, identify client needs and communicate these to internal recruiters.
- Working in a team with recruiting and support to fulfill client needs
- Drive business growth through a strong commitment to clients and co-workers.
- Develop lasting relationships with clients based on professionalism, trust and mutual respect.
- Assist the recruiting team to help fill customer orders as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A passion for outside sales
- 1-2 years of business development and outside sales experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
- Excellent communication (listening, written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Driven and results-orientated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Able and willing to cross the USA and Canadian border preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
Compensation Package includes:
- Hourly Pay commission
