Reporting to the President, you will bring a passion for sales and recruiting with a commitment to customer service coupled with a strong internal drive and a result-oriented personality. Your dual responsibilities will give you the opportunity to cultivate business, build relationships with clients and recruit to fill their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance business relationships with clients and candidates, working closely with the internal team on best practices to obtain new clients and candidates.
- Develop and grow a client base to secure the receipt of new orders on a continual basis.
- Negotiate client contracts and candidate offer letters.
- Qualify orders and discuss with the recruitment team to maximize efficiency of internal resources.
- Work with the recruitment manager to recruit candidates for orders received and assigned.
- Build a diverse technical pipeline of qualified candidates and maintain relationships with those candidates.
- Represent MEDA Engineering and Technical Services, LLC with professionalism and integrity, doing business the right way without compromising the company's core values at all times.
- Additional human resource activities include presenting offers and completing orientations of new hires.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience (account management and recruiting).
- Demonstrated strong relationship building and outside sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and negotiating skills are required.
- Able to manage and prioritize your workload.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team-based environment to accomplish company goals.
- Computer proficient in MS Office, Internet, and Applicant Tracking Systems (PC Recruiter preferred).
- Able to work flexible hours when required to meet clients and candidate schedules.
- Ability to attend meetings in Canada effective start date.
