Requirements

- Demonstrated expertise in relationship building, negotiation, and problem-solving, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, including sales and recruiting principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and applicant tracking systems.
