Client Relationship Manager - MEDA Engineering and Technical Services, LLC. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and recruitment team, you will be responsible for cultivating business, building relationships with clients, and recruiting top talent to fill their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to build and enhance business relationships with clients and candidates.
- Identify opportunities to grow a client base and secure new orders.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to maximize efficiency of internal resources.
- Recruit candidates for orders received and assigned.
- Build and maintain relationships with qualified candidates.
- Represent MEDA with professionalism and integrity.
- Participate in additional human resource activities such as presenting offers and completing orientations of new hires.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience (account management and recruiting).
- Manufacturing industry experience in sales and recruiting required.
- Strong relationship building and outside sales skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Flexibility to work varied hours to meet client and candidate needs.
