Contract Physical Therapist Assistant Role in Media, PennsylvaniaJob Description : We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team. In this role, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists to provide hands-on care and help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals. You ll perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and assist with mobility training for a diverse group of patients. Key Responsibilities : Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.Assist in the development and execution of personalized care plans to meet patients rehabilitation needs.Accurately document progress notes and report changes in patient condition.Promote independence and improve the quality of life for residents.Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a supportive, respectful environment for patients and team members.Qualifications :
