As a Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility, you will be essential in providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services. Reporting to the Rehabilitation Director, you will utilize your core skills in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to develop effective care plans. Your expertise in discharge planning will ensure smooth transitions for patients returning home or to community settings. Additionally, your premium skills in acute care and pediatrics, along with relevant experience in outpatient and geriatrics, will enhance the recovery process and improve patient outcomes in our facility. ?
