Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Nashville, NC. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions to help patients regain or develop the skills necessary for daily living and working. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living skills.
Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve independence at home and work.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback. Qualifications : Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in North Carolina.
Previous experience in an occupational therapy setting preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
