Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our partner's full-time team in the New Castle, PA area.
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities for the PTA:
- Working with other professionals, provide screening and evaluation for residents, establishing individual treatment programs, and providing results to residents, families, and caregivers
Key Requirements for the PTA:
- 0-2 years of experience as an PTA
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is ideal
- Experience working with senior populations and families/caregivers
- Knowledge and experience assisting in the creation of treatment plans
- Current and Valid PTA License
- Associate’s Degree
Compensation and Schedule for the PTA:
- Target salary is flexible, dependent on experience, likely up to $70k
