Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. As a member of our team, you'll work with diverse cases, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and create tailored treatment plans
- Employ evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and functional strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) degree and strong communication skills. Outpatient experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
