We are seeking a dedicated travel Physical Therapist to join our team at MedAdventures for a 13-week position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact by delivering patient-centered therapy services and promoting patient mobility and independence in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered physical therapy services tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for residents
- Track and document patient progress in compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Possess strong communication skills and a passion for working in a skilled nursing facility
