We are seeking a talented Creative Director to joinour team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design, branding, and marketing principles, along with strong communication skills to collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver content that grows brand awareness, drives revenue and opportunity growth. You will oversee the development of creative strategies and tactics across all channelsdigital, print, social, and beyondensuring alignment with our companys vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design Development : Create visually engaging assets including web pages PowerPoint decks, brochures, digital ads, infographics, social media content, email campaigns, and thought leadership materials that align with MedAdvisor Solutions branding, audience messaging and business goals / KPIs.
- Digital & Print Collateral : Design both digital and print materials for campaigns, product launches, internal / external communications, etc.
- Collaborative Projects : Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, commercial, and leadership to ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, compliance standards, and business / dept needs.
- Brand Consistency : Maintain consistency in all design work by adhering to the brand style guide.
- Multimedia Projects : Contribute to multimedia projects, including video content, motion graphics, and interactive web designs, aimed at educating patients and healthcare providers.
- User Experience (UX) Design : Apply UX principles to create user / audience-friendly web pages
- Creative Problem Solving : Translate complex business or product models into easy-to-understand, visually appealing designs that resonate with diverse audiences.
