RN Medical Case Managers provide comprehensive assistance by triaging medical concerns, determining the needed level of care, and effectively communicating with stakeholders across various business sectors worldwide. Our team engages with clients in Commercial Aviation, Business and General Aviation, and Luxury Yachts, while navigating the intricacies of healthcare delivery in various global regions.
As a RN Case Manager at Medaire, Inc, located in Phoenix, your key responsibilities will involve:
- Communicating with clients and providers worldwide to ensure timely and accurate medical assistance through phone and email.
- Triage incoming calls to assess medical needs and provide appropriate care recommendations.
- Overseeing and managing cases from start to finish, ensuring positive outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Providing pre-travel and evacuation medical assistance considering individual medical requirements and logistical challenges.
- Reviewing medical records to evaluate healthcare standards and compliance with protocols.
- Collaborating efficiently within a diverse team to handle case management responsibilities effectively.
To excel in the role of RN Medical Case Manager at Medaire, Inc in Phoenix, you should have:
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in intensive care units (ICU), emergency rooms (ER), or similar medical environments.
- Previous experience in flight nursing, telephone triage, aviation, maritime, or international assistance is advantageous although not mandatory.

- While no mandatory travel is expected, occasional work-related travel opportunities may arise, including nurse escort assignments.
