Responsibilities
- Build incredible user experiences that are inclusive & accessible to all users, intuitive and a pleasure to use, and help users complete their work quickly and efficiently.
- Partner closely with dependent teams across engineering to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Work alongside the Web and Backend teams to make sure APIs/Services are available on Mobile, despite connectivity issues of mobile networks.
- Use your technical know how during discovery phase of projects to come up with technical feasibility, high level design and potential pitfalls.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.
- Identify gaps in knowledge, tools, and process and work with your manager & PM to address those.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience using Kotlin
- Experience writing SDKs
- Understanding of Mobile Apps design principles and interface guidelines.
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Hands on experience leading engineering teams – champion best practices, break down complex problems, mentor engineers.
- English fluent (speaking and writing)
