Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hospitalist Physician to join our team at Adventist Health Mendocino Coast in Fort Bragg, California. As a member of our hospital medicine team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leadership within our 25-bed Critical Access Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Provide expert medical guidance and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with 2-3 years of previous Hospitalist experience.
- Current CA state license is a plus.
- No nights required.
- Shifts can be split between Mendocino, Howard Memorial, and Ukiah Valley.
